your grade is determined by performance, and neither of those two affect the grade afaik) games played and if anyone is in a win streak are also at play here, but generally, it's just sr (side note. Once this sr turns gray, then it follows a more tame sr gain/loss where the main factor ends up being your sr and your opponents. if youre losing a lot of sr but it's green, the game probably thinks you're too high up the ladder and is pulling you back if you lose your first few matches you hardly gain sr, but if you win you get a bunch of sr, as this is the way the game tries to see where you fit. Ou start off with green sr, which is chaotic. This has been the conclusion the enhance community has concluded on sr, given no confirmation from the developers (as they don't want to keep the equations available to the public, which makes sense): So regardless of the source, nothing is confirmed until Enhance releases some information bout this. Note that this formula isn't out there, and from the games i've played, i've noticed that your grade doesn't matter (if it did, it'll be impossible to get good sr when you're barely able to get an A grade in the 4000 sr region), and neither does long matches (if two even players take 5+ minutes to play each round, they shouldn't be punished for that). Source: I've played thousands of games from the year I've been in TE:C. I look forward to seeing if anyone else has more insight here Also the letter score at the end of each game. I'm sure that if you won in a much shorter time you would have increased more.Īssuming you lost in a faster time than you won, I'd assume that is one of the main factors.

That's a long time and may prevent you from gaining more SR. That leads me to believe the letter score at the end has something to do with the SR change calculation I'm around 5600 and I've lost to someone who was 1000 SR lower than me, but I didn't lose any points (He got like an SS score and beat me super fast as he was still climbing). I feel like the SR of you, the SR of the opponent, the time, AND the letter score at the end matter. I'm not sure how the SR change is calculated, but what score did you get at the end of the games? (I think it goes from E-SS?)
